Required Skills: •Has an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor II to join the Data Center Power and Control Team in Anaheim, CA for 2nd shift (1:30pm - 11:30 pm PST) •Promote and maintain strong safety culture. Identify hazards through safety leadership tours, 5S, and good housekeeping practices and proactively assess hazards. •Be accountable for meeting production schedules by allocating labor, machines and other resources to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Monitor production performance using KPIs such as productivity, schedule attainment, labor efficiency, OT, OEE, scrap, and machine downtime. •Ensure manufactured components meet engineering specifications and quality standards. Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Drive accountability for product quality through established processes. •Ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions according to established processes through SAP. Support cycle counts, material handling, and the managing of manufactured and purchased parts shortages. •Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. •Analyze processes and procedures to improve efficiency. •Manage labor relations practices within the scope of company policy. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent education and experience is required.
