This position is responsible for the safe, efficient, and consistent performance of a night-shift production team and provides direct leadership for approximately 8–12 employees. •The Production Supervisor is accountable for shift execution across safety, quality, delivery, cost, employee performance, and operational documentation. The position requires regular presence on the production floor, sound independent judgment, and the ability to maintain operating discipline when senior leadership is not onsite. •The successful candidate will combine visible floor leadership with strong supervisory discipline by establishing clear expectations, developing employees, addressing performance issues, monitoring production results, and identifying practical opportunities for improvement. •Lead, coach, and develop approximately 8–12 production employees. •Maintain a consistent presence on the manufacturing floor while retaining responsibility for overall shift performance. •Promote and enforce safe work practices, including PPE, lockout/tagout, and other required safety procedures. •Monitor hourly production performance, daily output, and product mix to support established operating targets. •Ensure required quality checks are completed accurately and consistently.
