Required Skills: •This is a full-time, position. Typical working hours will be Monday – Friday with hours ranging from 5:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Overtime will be available and/or mandatory at management’s discretion. •Schedules and manages assigned projects to production floor locations and personnel. •Reviews project requirements for design accuracy, purchased goods, assembly and fabrication requirements as well as regulatory compliance requirements. •Conduct design reviews and coordination of projects with plant manager, engineering, and sales. •Coordinates cross departmental jobs for plant productivity and prioritization. •Complete and facilitate design modifications, redlines and troubleshooting with production personnel and engineers. •Reviews incoming purchased and produced goods to the assembly bays for accuracy and acceptability. •Reviews completed projects for conformance with specifications, quality, and closeout requirements prior to shipping coordination. Qualifications: •Knowledge of Electrical Power Distribution Equipment required. •Solid functional working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. •Demonstrated capacity to pass background and drug test prior to employment. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a team environment to accomplish daily tasks. •Superior problem solving, project management and analytical skills. •This position requires the ability to sit, and bend or stand for extended periods of time.
