Required Skills: •The Production Supervisor is accountable for safety, quality, productivity, employee development, and continuous improvement while helping establish the systems, standard work, and operational discipline required to support the site's continued growth and future manufacturing capabilities. •This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people leadership, operational execution, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. •Lead daily assembly operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and delivery goals. •Supervise and develop production employees through coaching, training, and performance management. •Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor utilization to support operational efficiency. •Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and medical device regulatory requirements. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput, reduce defects, and improve productivity. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and support business growth. Qualifications: •This position requires the following skills and attributes •High school diploma or equivalent. •Proven history of leading large teams. •Demonstrated capacity to read, write, and speak English fluently. •Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. •Demonstrated capacity to work in cleanroom and laboratory environments. •Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. •Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. •The following skills and attributes are preferred •Two to three years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
