Roles may train in the production processes in the Pressing, Sewing, Taping, Attachment, Testing and Packaging area. •This position reports to the Production Supervisor, Simms and is based out of our Bozeman Innovation office. •Learn how to use a variety of machines in our production process. Ex. sewing machines, seam sealing machines, Attachment machines and presses. •Clean and maintain production machines. •Communicate effectively and professionally with the team members, team leads, and supervisors. •Maintain a clean and safe work environment. •Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble wader components. •Cut and prepare fabric panels according to production patterns and specifications. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. •Manual dexterity and strength to handle heavy fabrics and equipment. •Comfortable working in a production environment with varying temperatures.
