Required Skills: •Plan, schedule, and release production orders to maximize on-time delivery while minimizing inventory and operational costs. •Schedule production, processing, assembly, and packaging activities. •Schedule the human resources, tools, and equipment needed for the production process. •Select and sequence available resources and required processing to individual work centers or lines. •Implement scheduling changes due to backlogs, design changes, machine downtime, or material/labor shortages. •Analyze on-time performance, production status, shipping performance, and inventory levels to identify root causes and drive corrective actions cross-functionally. •Define inventory planning and control parameters to support on-time delivery and minimize excess inventory. •Review inventory levels and take action to reduce unnecessary inventory. Qualifications: •Minimum of 3 years of experience in production and inventory control. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access. •Detail-oriented and data-driven approach to work. •Lean manufacturing knowledge and practical application experience. •Demonstrated problem-solving skills using lean methodologies. •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technical field, or equivalent years of experience. •Previous experience working in a machining environment.
