Required Skills: •Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, forecasted demand, plant capacity, material availability, and manufacturing requirements. •Coordinate material requirements and procurement timing to ensure raw materials and components are available to support production schedules. •Monitor inventory, work-in-process (WIP), production progress, and capacity, identifying risks and taking action to prevent delays. •Manage planning activities for complex and custom orders, partnering with Project Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other functions to coordinate custom builds, materials, software, and manufactured units. •Identify and resolve production constraints, scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and other issues impacting quality, delivery, or production performance. •Maintain planning data, production parameters, and reports within SAP or other business systems, ensuring information is accurate and actionable. •Analyze manufacturing processes, workflow, equipment utilization, and capacity to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. •Lead cross-functional problem solving and communicate priorities, risks, and solutions effectively with management, production employees, engineers, procurement, vendors, and other stakeholders.
