Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. •Production Planning & Work Order Management •Interface directly with Winemaking and Operations to plan and coordinate production workflow. •Carry out winemaking action items, including generating work orders for racks and transfers, additions, basic blends, and filtration. •Organize, track, and close work orders in a timely manner to keep production on schedule. •Maintain accurate, up-to-date production records, including work order documentation, cellar activity logs, and inventory adjustments. •Assist in dry goods inventory tracking and compile cellar metrics and reports to support Winemaking and Operations decision-making.
