Required Skills: •Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for prototype builds, ensuring on-time delivery in alignment with customer requirements and engineering timelines. •Coordinate and track daily production activities to meet build schedules and customer delivery timelines. •Partner with program management, purchasing, engineering, and quality to ensure timely availability of components, completion of WIP and control of supporting documentation. •Create and maintain production travelers, work orders, and job packets for builds. •Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) on the production floor and provide status updates to internal stakeholders, including program management and engineering. •Communicate build priorities and job changes directly to production and leadership. •Ensure ERP/MRP systems are updated accurately with production status, job completions, material usage, and inventory adjustments. •Support implementation and tracking of engineering change orders (ECOs), ensuring all affected documentation is properly updated and distributed. Qualifications: •Associate or bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
