We can train candidates with mechanical aptitude. Required Skills: •Properly mix and apply pastes. Inspect for tiny pin holes in paste. •Tape off all holes that are not to be filled. •Use a syringe to apply certain products to isolated holes. •Use ovens for drying panels. Verity correct bake temps and times •Perform manual sanding and machine sanding with tools provided. •Perform required preventative maintenance on all associated equipment in accordance with work instructions. •Must adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including requirements for keeping the area clean and organized as documented in written process procedures.
