Hiring: Production Operation Specialist Company: ChampionX Location: Odessa, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:21:40 Target Skills & Keywords : React About the job Experience: •Acceptable motor vehicle record (3 years) Required Skills: •Complete daily work functions within production operations in a safe and efficient manner •Blend, react, package, and transfer finished chemical products while maintaining quality standards •Operate mechanical and electrical equipment including pumps, mixers, automation control systems, and packaging equipment •Perform forklift operations to move raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials throughout the facility •Complete production documentation including production tickets, goods receipts, inventory transactions, and shipping documentation •Conduct daily inspections of equipment and work areas while maintaining housekeeping standards throughout the facility •Comply with all plant safety initiatives, environmental requirements, and quality procedures, including near-miss and incident reporting •Assist with physical inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy Qualifications: •6 months of relevant experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment •High School Diploma or GED •Must be medically qualified to wear a respirator •Physically able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 60 pounds •Must currently hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), issued by the state in which the candidate resides •Must possess HazMat and Tanker endorsements or be willing to obtain both within 30 days of hire. •Must be comfortable operating company vehicles equipped with in-cab camera systems. •CDL must not include a manual transmission restriction. •Demonstrated capacity to climb stairs and ladders and perform bending, squatting, kneeling, and other physical activities required in a manufacturing environment •Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role Compensation: •Competitive benefits and rewards package •Comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k) with company matching and more!
