You will spend time both managing the team and contributing directly to assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and production improvements. Success requires strong technical judgment, attention to quality, and the ability to lead by example. •You should be comfortable evaluating workmanship, troubleshooting production issues, using computer-based test procedures, and collaborating with engineering to improve tools, processes, and product quality. •Lead and mentor production technicians while maintaining a productive, positive work environment. •Manage day-to-day production activities, schedules, priorities, and staffing. •Build, test, troubleshoot, and repair products alongside the team. •Ensure products meet quality, safety, and performance standards. •Diagnose manufacturing issues and drive corrective actions.
