Required Skills: •Work closely with EHS&S Department to provide a safe work environment for all Molding personnel, including administration of effective safety training programs established for departmental employees to include JSA's and/or risk assessments. •Ensure the company’s Quality Vision Policy is understood and adhered to by all personnel within the department to include SQF, HACCP and GMP's. •Direct and lead all Molding department personnel to accomplish Corporate, Divisional and Plant goals and objectives for the Molding department •Lead and direct continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, productivity, and additional variables affecting departmental and plant performance. •Direct supervisors in relation to production volumes, costs, quality and meeting production schedules and delivery dates. •Oversee direct labor, staffing requirements, efficiencies and scrap. •Supervise technical and production staff; select, train, develop and monitor performance. •Plan and establish needed quality, personnel development, and productivity training within the department. Degree or equivalent on-the-job experience of a minimum of 7+ years of related plastic injection molding experience and in a leadership position in manufacturing with proven ability to deliver desired results. •Must possess a diversified background with strong technical, business and managerial skills.
