Required Skills: •ATP Planning: Schedule and lead system-level Acceptance Test Procedures to guarantee flight hardware meets strict design and mission requirements. •Lab Management: Oversee daily operations of the test lab, scaling infrastructure and automating test procedures to maximize throughput. •Root-Cause Analysis: Direct cross-disciplinary investigations to resolve hardware, software, or system anomalies discovered during testing. •Production Leadership & Flow •Cross-Functional Coordination: Interface across Programs, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure technical alignment. •Daily Management: Lead daily tier meetings and production reviews to drive continuous improvement using lean tools. •Blocker Resolution: Interpret complex engineering data, maintain strict configuration control, and proactively resolve build bottlenecks. •Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics including work-in-progress (WIP), throughput, on-time delivery, and internal lead-time. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred •Environments vary from a standard climate-controlled office to active warehouse and test facilities. •Must be able to stand, stoop, climb, and occasionally lift a minimum of 30 lbs. Requires movement between departments, floors, and worksites to facilitate work. •Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship. •Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus.
