Hiring: Production Manager Company: Printed Circuits Corp Location: Atlanta Metropolitan Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:20:35 Employment Type: Contract / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Assembly About the job Experience: •5+ years of production/manufacturing management experience, ideally in PCBA/EMS or a related electronics manufacturing environment Required Skills: •Own daily production planning and scheduling across SMT, through-hole, and final assembly to meet customer delivery commitments •Manage and develop production supervisors, operators, and technicians, including staffing, training, and performance management •Drive line balancing, capacity planning, and labor allocation across concurrent work orders •Monitor daily production metrics (throughput, yield, WIP, on-time delivery) and drive corrective action when targets are missed •Partner with quality and test engineering to resolve production issues, including material shortages, BOM/engineering changes, and failed-unit disposition •Ensure production activities comply with AS9100D quality procedures and ITAR/export-control requirements •Lead root-cause investigations for production and quality escalations, and implement corrective/preventive actions •Manage production documentation, including work instructions, traveler/router accuracy, and production records Qualifications: •Proven experience managing production staff and driving performance across a manufacturing team •Strong working knowledge of SMT/PCBA production processes and manufacturing metrics •Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working cross-functionally with quality, engineering, and planning •Operational familiarity with ERP/MRP systems for production scheduling and tracking •Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (U.S. Person) due to ITAR/export-control obligations •Able to work on-site in Lilburn, GA •Interested?
