Required Skills: •Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures •Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines •Supervise and train all Line Leads in the production process •Serve as a backup to the Production Supervisor •Work in conjunction with the Quality Department for positive production results •Conduct inspection of the product every hour or more frequently if the job is complex or critical in its design or use •Keep abreast of the rates of the jobs running on the production line •Lead and oversee work packets being filled out correctly, accurately, and on time Qualifications: •Safety sensitive position – ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner •Demonstrated capacity to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business •Demonstrated capacity to work on a rotating shift as needed •Demonstrated capacity to effectively work in teams •Demonstrated capacity to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people •Demonstrated capacity to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles •Demonstrated capacity to lead/supervise large groups of associates •Understanding of quality standards, methods and reporting as required •Demonstrate a “team player” demeanor •Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
