This is an excellent opportunity for someone with production or manufacturing experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership. •The Production Lead works directly on the production floor, helping keep people, equipment and workflow moving safely and efficiently. You'll provide day-to-day direction to team members, help troubleshoot production issues, monitor quality and productivity, and step in wherever needed to keep orders moving. •Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to employees in the Books production area. •Help organize staffing and workflow to meet daily production goals. •Monitor production, quality and productivity throughout the shift. •Ensure employees follow established procedures, safety requirements and quality standards. Qualifications: •Selected candidates must be available to train on •Day Shift for approximately two weeks, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM •, before transitioning to the permanent B Shift schedule. •Previous Lead or supervisory experience is a plus, but we will consider candidates who have demonstrated strong leadership potential. •Comfortable working around and learning production machinery. •Strong communication and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to organize work and keep a team focused in a fast-paced environment. •Willingness to be hands-on and work alongside the team. •Demonstrated capacity to adapt quickly as production priorities change. •Comfortable using computers and production systems.
