Updates call logs. •Responds effectively to incoming calls and requests, i.e. resolves problems/concerns, research inquiries, document interaction, determines priority, distributes to work teams, etc. •Evaluates material levels from production usage to generate purchasing request that replenish inventory stock based on par levels. •Communicates frequently with management and customers regarding status of services, reports, materials, orders, etc. •Accurately and timely completes service orders in accordance with standard operating procedure. •Accurately and timely records, through the computer maintenance management system, work details such as location and asset information, work order classification, comments, status updates, labor and materials. •Compiles and analyzes records and reports on production. •Performs administrative functions, to include printing, filing, faxing, and scanning, as needed. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent GED. •Demonstrate at least three (3) years of experience in a coordinator/clerical work environment. •Demonstrate at least one (1) year experience in a database/dispatch environment. •Demonstrate acceptable written, verbal, and organizational skills. •Demonstrate acceptable telephone etiquette and customer service skills. •Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. •Demonstrated capacity to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations. •Demonstrated capacity to pass pre-hire background and drug screen. •Possess the required security clearance. •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
