Required Skills: •We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented •Create and manage Work in Process (WIP) reports to track development progress and garment delivery timelines. •Coordinate Buy Charts for monthly Buy Meetings with Sales and Design teams and provide production status updates to management. •Maintain accurate production data and coordinate with the G-III China Sourcing Office. •Strategically drive daily product development process through ongoing communication with global vendors and overseas offices. •Identify development or production issues, partner with management on resolutions, and communicate approvals within established timelines. •Track and manage samples for Public Relations, Global Sales, and special requests. •Manage purchase orders, prepare initial costing, and support Seasonal Production Validation meetings. Qualifications: •A detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational skills. •A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. •A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •A motivated self-starter who adapts quickly to changing priorities. •A project manager who effectively balances multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. •2–4 years of apparel production experience in a SKU-intensive environment required. •Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience required. •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions. •Solid functional working knowledge of Gerber WebPDM, Yunique PLM, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint. •Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
