Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support end-to-end production process across multiple brands and product categories, from order placement through final delivery. •Manage and track styles on order, ensuring key milestones and production deadlines are met. •Assist with costing, purchase order details, and production-related documentation. •Track and manage production submissions, including lab dips, trims, strike-offs, packaging, and other approvals. •Maintain sample tracking and follow up with factories and sourcing partners to ensure timely receipt and approvals. •Maintain and update Time & Action calendars, proactively flagging potential delays or issues. •Communicate directly with overseas factories and sourcing partners on production status, approvals, timing, and follow-up. •Partner closely with Design, Technical Design, and Merchandising teams to ensure product requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
