Required Skills: •Goldin is looking for a Product Strategy Manager to help turn business opportunities, customer needs, and operational challenges into clear priorities for our product and engineering teams. •Be responsible for the business definition and requirements for assigned product and technology initiatives from initial problem identification through readiness for Product and Engineering. •Lead Product Strategy for assigned areas, maintaining the commercial framework, priorities, decisions, and requirements needed to move work forward. •Lead initiatives and workstreams that involve teams collaborating between Goldin and eBay. •Turn business and customer needs into clear problems, outcomes, requirements, workflows, business rules, and success measures. •Serve as the owner and primary point of contact representing the business throughout the full product lifecycle, using influence with stakeholders to craft desired outcomes. •Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to provide the business context, requirements, and decisions needed to build effective solutions. •Evaluate and resolve interdependency obstacles, using business influence and credibility to shape outcomes with other stakeholders. Qualifications: •A track record of independently managing areas of responsibility that involve several teams, perspectives, priorities, or dependencies. •Strong analytical judgment to distinguish core problems from proposed solutions and define effective paths forward. •Comfort working with business leaders and partners to navigate tradeoffs, resolve uncertainty, and reach decisions. •Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to make complicated topics easier to understand. •Demonstrated capacity to connect strategic priorities to detailed business processes, workflows, requirements, and operational impacts and use that context to advance decisions. •If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. •Remote roles are not eligible for U.S. visa sponsorship.
