Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with significant experience in product operations, engineering operations, enterprise systems, business operations, or a related field. •Demonstrated experience architecting and administering Jira at enterprise scale, including workflows, issue hierarchies, permissions, automation, dashboards, roadmaps, and reporting. •In-depth knowledge of the Product Management and Engineering development lifecycle, including intake, planning, prioritization, execution tracking, release coordination, and post-launch analysis. •Demonstrated change-management experience, including assessing current practices, defining future-state processes, communicating change, training users and leaders, managing resistance, and driving sustained adoption. •Strong systems-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills, with the ability to operate independently in an ambiguous environment. •Operational familiarity with APIs, webhooks, SQL, Python, JavaScript, or automation platforms such as Zapier, Workato, Make, or Power Automate. •The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $98,000.00 - $163,000.00 annually.
