You’ll also identify opportunities to enhance service level and drive efficiencies in the ICG supply chain. •Book industry experience is a plus •Performs ongoing item maintenance including pricing, discounts (purchases discount and customer discount), availability, returnability, supplier data, purchase order acknowledgements, etc. •Performs new item set-up (title-coding) Expedites overdue purchase orders via supplier self-service portals, websites, and direct communication with suppliers via email and telephone. Tracks inbound shipments to ensure timely delivery. •Performs purchase order maintenance from various reports and systems (e.g. Receiving Exceptions, Expediting, etc.) to ensure the integrity of the Purchase Order Master data. •Supports Sales, Customer Care, and other ICG stakeholders by responding to assigned JIRA support tickets within established timelines (typically 24 hours).
