Required Skills: •This position is eligible for the Flex persona. •Product Lifecycle Support •Support Product Managers with product assessments, product enhancements, implementation activities, and ongoing product lifecycle initiatives. •Assist in gathering and documenting business goals, KPIs, operational requirements, and stakeholder requests. •Coordinate project activities and support execution across cross-functional teams. •Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and track deliverables to support timely execution of product initiatives. •Maintain project timelines, work plans, RAID logs, and status documentation. •Operational & Project Management Support Qualifications: •2–5 years of experience in healthcare product management, product operations, project coordination, healthcare administration, or related healthcare business functions. •Comfortable independently problem solving, while also knowing when to escalate for strategic guidance or to ensure swift resolution. •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, documentation, and operational processes. •Operational familiarity with healthcare payer products, provider networks, navigation solutions, and consumer engagement strategies preferred. •Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively across matrixed teams. •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred or equivalent business experience. •High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted above •This job is also eligible for variable pay. •We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and a suite of well-being benefits to eligible employees.
