Required Skills: •YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON •Partner with multi-functional teams through early risk assessments (using FMEA/NUD processes and past lessons learned). Implement mitigation strategies and test plans to address and close potential risks. •Lead response to quality escalations and drive complex issues to closure using methodical 8D/RCCA approaches. •Define, implement, and audit quality processes at our FATP sites to ensure final products meet quality targets. •Communicate Quality risks, mitigations, and next steps to the leadership team and other key stakeholders. •Influence partners to implement quality improvements for field performance. •This role requires domestic and international travel up to 30%. •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or other technical discipline.
