Required Skills: •Partner cross-functionally with CMS customers, end-users, and stakeholders to understand and anticipate needs, including those related to the DME system, and translate them into clear product requirements. •Define and communicate the product vision, maintaining a product roadmap aligned to CMS and program goals. •Manage the product backlog, prioritizing work based on evolving objectives and ensuring alignment with the product strategy. •Oversee all stages of product development, including design, development, testing, and deployment of new features. •Work closely with the team and customer to create, refine, and validate user stories that align with business and technical objectives. •Partner with the Scrum Master to remove impediments and drive delivery of sprint and release goals. •Monitor and evaluate product progress, reporting outcomes and updates to stakeholders and customers. •Serve as a liaison between the product team, customer, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. Qualifications: •Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams, leadership, and stakeholders. •Solid understanding of the product lifecycle and Agile methodologies including backlog management, sprint planning and iterative delivery. •Operational familiarity with software development practices and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills with critical thinking capabilities. •Excellent technical writing, presentation, and delivery skills. •Highly organized, ability to manage multiple priorities, adjust to shifting business needs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. •Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including experience managing product backlogs, documenting requirements and tracking progress. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. •Knowledge of CMS healthcare claims processing •Prior federal program or CMS related experience.
