Required Skills: •Own and maintain the backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO), developing a strong understanding of active work, priorities, dependencies, and upcoming needs. •Interpret stakeholder and organizational needs, translating them into concise and actionable work items for the development team, including bugs, PBIs, features, and research spikes. •Understand and clearly communicate the “what” and “why” behind work items to support effective refinement, sizing, prioritization, and development discussions. •Develop strong working relationships with TRS stakeholders, the technical BA, developers, and other partners to identify needs, close gaps, and maintain alignment between business and technical teams. •Help establish and reinforce effective Product Owner practices with stakeholders who may have varying levels of experience working within a traditional product ownership model. •Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders and development team members to prioritize and organize the backlog, balancing business value, customer impact, technical needs, and organizational priorities. •Actively facilitate and support development and maintenance of a product roadmap by facilitating priority-setting, identifying upcoming needs, and contributing to product vision discussions. •Test completed work to ensure quality and compliance with Acceptance Criteria and coordinate smooth releases with stakeholders. Qualifications: •Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer. •Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. •Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. •Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. •Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs. •Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks. •Access to a home router and modem. •A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible). •A valid, physical address.
