Work closely with the product manager and business stakeholders to manage intake of requests, research and clarify expected outcomes, and prioritize components of work. •Enable digital capabilities to drive engaging experiences across Web, App, and Marketing channels including our Casey’s Access Media Network. Focusing on: Loyalty, Personalization, and Omnichannel Marketing •Work closely with the product manager to understand and contribute to product vision. •Partner cross-functionally with engineering to assist with decision making and prioritization of technical infrastructure work. •Utilize data to understand guest needs and behaviors and transform that knowledge into platform enhancements and new features. •Drive day-to-day relationships with vendors holding their roadmaps, contracts, and bug queues accountable to ours. •Lead and oversee backlog & sprint health. Story decomposition, acceptance criteria, definition of done, and sprint hygiene — the discipline that lets a scrum team ship clean work every two weeks instead of fighting fires. •Build stakeholder partnerships. Intake, alignment, and clear status comms with business owners across the enterprise. Run the readiness conversations that get a release across the line. Qualifications: •This position requires authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future. Certified in Scrum Product Ownership (CSPO), a plus. •Stakeholder & business partnership. Comfortable saying “not this sprint” without burning a bridge. You can write an exec status update with confidence, run a business-readiness meeting without scripts, and translate between business goals and engineering reality without losing either side. •Technical & systems mindset. You have experience working alongside engineering teams to deliver enterprise applications and understand how data, integrations, workflows, and user experiences come together across multiple systems. •Allow for 100% remote work.
