Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •Practical experience working alongside international business groups. •Proven track record delivering global solutions and managing configuration within SAP SuccessFactors (specifically Performance and Compensation modules). •Deep expertise in HRIS governance, data integrity processes, vendor partnerships, and system implementation methodologies. •Master’s degree in a related field. •Prior experience within the Mining, Oil & Gas, or resource-based industries. •Active SAP SuccessFactors Certification (Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession, Employee Central, or Platform).
