Qualifications: •Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required. •Possess proven experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Requirements Manager in an Agile/Scrum software development environment. •Demonstrate the ability to translate complex government or operational workflows into clear, actionable technical user stories and acceptance criteria. •Exhibit excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet the customer's deliverable dates and ensure mission-critical business needs are met. •Have familiarity with Agile lifecycle management and backlog tools, such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Preform analysis and projects to improve overall quality of work products and process •Hold a SAFe PM/PO, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent Agile certification. •Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presenting software demonstrations and interfacing with senior stakeholders. •Demonstrate a proven ability to maximize team efficiency by effectively managing workload, scope prioritization, and stakeholder expectations.
