Required Skills: •Own SaaS products from evaluation and onboarding through adoption, renewal, optimization, and retirement. •Gather business requirements and translate them into product priorities, roadmaps, and backlogs. •Interface directly with business teams to identify SaaS solutions that improve productivity and business processes. •Manage SaaS vendors, including product roadmaps, new features, enhancements, renewals, and cost-saving opportunities. •Drive product adoption through rollouts, training, change management, and usage metrics. •Partner with IT and Security on integrations such as SSO, IAM, logging, alerting, backups, and data protection. •Support SaaS vendor security assessments and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). •Track product usage, value, security risks, and other key metrics. Qualifications: •3–4+ years of SaaS product management, product ownership, technology product management, or related experience. •Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, roadmap, and prioritization skills. •Understanding of SaaS/cloud environments and security concepts such as SSO, IAM, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR/CCPA, and vendor security assessments. •Operational familiarity with JIRA/Confluence, OneTrust or similar GRC tools, AWS/Azure, Okta/PingFed, and Splunk is a plus. •Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
