Required Skills: •Define product OKRs, monitor and report on business and technology metrics/outcomes. •Collaborate across Employee Benefits Solutions, Enterprise Technology, Operations, and external partners to elicit, analyze, and understand needs, constraints, and risks, aligning with organizational strategy and priorities. •Collaborates with cross-functional teams, technical partners and product owners within your functional area. •Engage and collaborate with teams and stakeholders to create and manage Agile artifacts (e.g., Product Roadmap, Backlog) and information needed for prioritization decision-making; regularly assess features, costs, and impact to determine whether and when to proceed. •Transform business objectives and product strategies, together with the needs of partners, into specific actionable requirements for product agile teams. •Drive day-to-day product management decisions by prioritizing and maintaining the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders and partners. •Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders and partners, helping the business create requirements for changes and improvements. •Business Acumen, End User Support, Internal Communications, Problem Solving, Quality Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Scrum, User Story Qualifications: •Strategic thinker, analytical and results driven. •Leadership skills to gain credibility, garner respect, guide the creation of a self-organizing team and be assertive with business priorities and opposing viewpoints while adhering to Agile concepts and principles. •Solid functional working knowledge of Agile practices.
