Hiring: Product Owner Company: Maritz Location: Fenton, MO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 14:21:10 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, Product Management About the job Required Skills: •Is responsible for ensuring that technology products of moderate complexity, which may include AI-enabled features, meet stakeholder needs and business requirements. •The candidate must be able to translate business value and goals into refined product backlogs, typically with guidance from a senior Product Manager. •Lead and oversee understanding the various users of the product, including other systems that may consume the product. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Business or industry related experience preferred or equivalent experience. •3 plus Years’ Experience in a Product Owner technology related role or equivalent type experience. •Developing experience in helping stakeholders identify business value/objectives and using this to help prioritize work. Working understanding of 'Personas' and how to identify users and represent their needs. •Capable of researching, analyzing, and helping identify requirements. •Developing skill in breaking down and organizing requirements, with a growing understanding of the relationship between business goals, product vision and Epics/Features/Stories. •Foundational balance of technical knowledge, business acumen, and Agile knowledge, including basic AI/data literacy and awareness of responsible AI practices. •Developing consulting skills. •Demonstrated capacity to contribute to end-to-end delivery of solutions across a variety of solutions and technologies, utilizing agile principles. •Position will be hybrid working three days a week in our Fenton, MO location (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
