Hiring: Product Operations - Associate Company: iCapital Location: New York, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:46:42 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint About the job Experience: •5 years of operational or client-facing experience in the financial services industry, with demonstrated exposure to annuities or insurance products is strongly preferred Required Skills: •Own end-to-end onboarding for Wealth Managers and financial professionals, coordinating across internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience from intake through activation. •Configure and maintain annuity products on the platform, ensuring product data integrity and timely updates in alignment with business requirements. •Collaborate on Hexure integration and configuration under senior direction, supporting implementation, testing, and optimization of annuity product setups to ensure accuracy and a seamless client experience. •Support senior management in advancing high-level operational and strategic objectives, including preparing materials, synthesizing platform data, and acting as a reliable execution partner on cross-functional initiatives. •Serve as a collaborative liaison to the Sales team, proactively communicating platform capabilities and operational timelines to support client acquisition and retention goals. •Partner with Engineering teams to identify, escalate, and resolve platform issues, contributing to a feedback loop that improves long-term platform reliability. •Manage client expectations through proactive communication, structured issue tracking, and timely resolution of operational inquiries. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree is required; concentration in finance, business, or a related field is preferred •2–5 years of operational or client-facing experience in the financial services industry, with demonstrated exposure to annuities or insurance products is strongly preferred •Proven ability to work cross-functionally and support senior stakeholders, comfortable translating strategic priorities into operational action •Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, able to interface confidently with clients, partners, and internal leadership •Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing effectively in a fast-moving environment •Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to contribute to a high-growth fintech organization •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; familiar with CRM or operational tools is a plus Compensation: •$85,000 - $100,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Competitive benefits and rewards package •ICapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
