Required Skills: •This role will be hybrid in Alpharetta, GA (3 times per week). •Gather customer, market, business, product performance, and operational inputs to identify opportunities, define requirements, and support product prioritization. •Support assigned products and features from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization. •Partner with Technology, Client Engagement, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver product enhancements and resolve customer issues. •Assist with business cases, product plans, launch materials, and sales enablement content that communicate product value and customer outcomes. •Support financial stewardship of assigned products by monitoring revenue, cost drivers, pricing inputs, and P&L performance to inform product decisions and business cases. •Monitor industry, competitive, and regulatory developments and identify implications for current and future product capabilities. •Support customer meetings, demonstrations, pilots, adoption efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives that increase utilization, streamline workflows, enhance customer experience, and improve business results.
