Hiring: Product Medical Physicist Company: Leo Cancer Care Location: Middleton, WI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 10:57:13 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Accessibility, Microsoft Excel, Quality Assurance About the job Required Skills: •Product QA Leadership •Lead the development of QA methods, tools, and processes for new products, ensuring a smooth transition from design and development into manufacturing, installation, and service. •Develop and refine procedures and documentation for customer acceptance testing, commissioning, and routine and patient-specific quality assurance for Leo Cancer Care imaging and therapeutic systems. •Ensure QA processes align with accepted industry protocols and regulatory requirements (e.g. AAPM Task Groups). •Monitor and report tasks, risks, and issues; escalate to project and engineering leadership when appropriate. •Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance in QA process and workflows. •Operate as the company Radiation Safety Officer; managing the radiation safety program design & oversight. Defining policies, training strategy, and global regulation alignment. •Develop documentation and training materials that facilitate clinical use of Leo Cancer Care's products. Qualifications: •Master’s degree in relevant physics or engineering domain (medical physics, nuclear engineering) •Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience developing procedures, and training materials. •Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills. •Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. •Demonstrated capacity to travel to customer sites and suppliers, domestically and internationally, up to 25%. •Thorough understanding of ionizing radiation safety. •PhD in physics or relevant engineering specialty (medical physics, engineering physics, nuclear engineering) •Certification by American Board of Radiology (ABR), American Board of Medical Physics, or The Canadian College of Physicists in Medicine.
