Required Skills: •Develops and implements comprehensive product marketing campaigns, aligning sales goals and integrated marketing strategy to support the annual Value Creation Plan. •Conceptualizes and executes product marketing initiatives, including, but not limited to, company product introduction, promotion, and commercialization on websites. •Manages all aspects of launch logistics and campaign communication. •Improves lead flow and conversion, driving collaboration between marketing and sales leadership. •Creates a cohesive omnichannel experience that seamlessly integrates online and offline touchpoints, making data-driven adjustments to product campaigns in collaboration with the Ecommerce team. •Travel is required to attend industry events and support sales/product initiatives. •Product Marketing Support •Serves as the strategic marketing partner to Product and Category Management. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of specific experience in product marketing, experiential marketing, or similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful field marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results tied to revenue •Extensive experience in campaign planning and management, including budgeting, metric tracking and execution •Strong experience supporting product marketing and sales organizations •Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and effectively influence internal and external stakeholders •High degree of proactivity and organization •Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, track, map, and analyze data and translate insights into increased campaign effectiveness •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously •Excellent cross-functional leadership •Demonstrated capacity to travel 20% of job, throughout North America as needed Compensation: •$110,600 - $132,680 / year •We offer 401k plus vision, dental and medical benefits, as well as a paid holiday and PTO package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
