Required Skills: •20% Portfolio strategy. Develop and maintain the annual go-to-market plan for the assigned solution area, including positioning, competitive differentiation, and target buyer segments. •20% Launch leadership. Lead go-to-market execution for product launches within the assigned solution area, from planning through market release. •20% Sales enablement. Build and maintain enablement materials, competitive positioning, and proof points for the assigned solution area's sales motion. •15% Market and competitive research. Track competitive activity, buyer trends, and market dynamics relevant to the assigned solution area. •15% External representation. Represent the assigned solution area in RFPs, industry conferences, or analyst conversations as needed. •10% Cross-functional coordination. Partner with product management, sales, and Enterprise Marketing to ensure solution-level messaging supports the broader portfolio and corporate narrative. •AI governance and impact. Applies AI-assisted tools responsibly for content development, research synthesis, and competitive analysis; establishes solution-area guardrails for AI-assisted work and tracks its measurable impact on go-to-market performance. •Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. •Demonstrated experience owning a solution area's go-to-market strategy and leading launches independently. •Comfort representing a portfolio externally (RFPs, conferences, analyst conversations). •Relevant domain experience (e.g., payment integrity, risk adjustment, retail, quality) evaluated per specific assignment. •Demonstrated capacity to travel for in-person conferences and internal meetings, approximately 10-15%. •Communicating with others to exchange information. •Interpreting data and market research. •Making timely decisions in the context of a workflow. •Maintaining focus while managing multiple projects and priorities. •Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
