We deliver to the Multifamily industry digital marketplace where value is unlocked for partners in the ecosystem through an end-to-end network of innovative products, exceptional experiences, and supporting services. •Lead product marketing efforts including positioning, messaging, value propositions, and engagement strategies tailored to both internal stakeholders and external clients. •Define and execute adoption, enablement, and change management strategies that drive successful product launches and sustained usage across Multifamily teams and industry participants. •Partner with Product, Technology, Client Engagement, and Business leaders to ensure organizational and client readiness for new products and capabilities. •Develop client-facing and employee-facing communications, training, onboarding, and engagement programs that accelerate adoption and business value realization. •Partner with Client Engagement to build voice-of-client and user feedback mechanisms to improve adoption and experience. •Establish adoption metrics and value realization frameworks to measure product success, client engagement, and business outcomes. •Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team across product marketing, change management, communications, and adoption disciplines. Qualifications: •Proven experience leading enterprise-scale product adoption, organizational change, or client-facing transformation initiatives. •In-depth knowledge of product operating models and digital product delivery. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Development, Technology, or a related field. •Demonstrated capacity to understand and advocate for both internal users and external clients. •Strong client-centric mindset focused on experience, adoption, and value realization. •Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities. •Effective leader who builds alignment across business, technology, and industry partners. •Data-driven, outcome-oriented, and comfortable operating in transformational environments. •Product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development. •Stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption planning.
