Support the translation of customer problems into requirements and technical specifications, with guidance from senior stakeholders. •Cross-Functional Delivery & Execution: Partner closely with Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, and the UX Design team, Design to shepherd features through development. Collaborate with Quality and Beta teams to test, validate, and streamline functionality to ensure a high-value release. •Stakeholder Alignment & Enablement: Communicate and support alignment on product direction and priorities across teams. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Support to build excitement, create training materials, and support go-to-market strategies. •Product Lifecycle Optimization: Assist in tracking product adoption, usage metrics, and customer feedback to support future prioritization decisions. Partner with Customer Support and Operations to triage and resolve issues, ensuring an outstanding end-to-end customer experience.
