Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related technical discipline required; MBA preferred. •Five or more years of product management experience within engineered products, industrial equipment, fluid handling, pumps, process equipment, or related manufacturing industries. •In-depth knowledge of product lifecycle management, market analysis, pricing strategy, and commercialization processes. •Proven success driving product growth in industrial B2B markets. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze technical, financial, market, and customer data to drive business decisions. •Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. •Demonstrated capacity to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a project-based environment. •Willingness to travel up to 25%. •Customer Focus: Understands customer applications and industry challenges to develop solutions that create value and drive growth.
