Hiring: Product Manager, Radiology Company: Sirona Medical Location: Burlington, VT Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 21:49:25 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Product Management, REST About the job Required Skills: •Own the roadmap and priorities for your area, and defend those decisions to stakeholders across sales, customer success, and engineering •Run discovery directly with radiologists, technologists, and system administrators, and turn what you learn into prioritized requirements rather than a feature list •Look for the friction users have stopped noticing because they have been working around it for years •Write clear product requirements and partner with design and engineering to move features from problem definition through launch and adoption •Spend real time with your engineering team, enough to understand how the product actually works and where it breaks down •Drive prioritization within your area, weigh tradeoffs openly, and push back on scope when it is the right call •Partner with clinical, quality, and regulatory colleagues to ship safely in a regulated clinical environment •Interface directly with the other PMs to keep your area coherent with the rest of the platform, and share what you learn from customers Qualifications: •What gets built, why, and what finished looks like •Whether what shipped actually changed anything •Two to four years of experience in product management, engineering, consulting, analytical, or customer-facing roles •Demonstrated ability to turn observed user problems into clear software requirements •Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain a problem clearly to an engineer and to a non-technical stakeholder, and you write things down •Sound prioritization instincts and the ability to make a decision with incomplete information •Comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward action over waiting for direction •A collaborative working style.
