Required Skills: •Lead and oversee Diaphragm Pump, Peristaltic Pump, and Controller product lines manufactured at our Florida facility. •Develop and execute product line strategies that support revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains. •Own the full product lifecycle including product launches, portfolio optimization, enhancements, and product rationalization. •Analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and business risks. •Lead initiatives to address declining volume trends within key product segments and implement strategies to improve market penetration. •Partner with distributor networks and channel partners to improve product adoption, increase sales effectiveness, and expand market coverage. •Develop pricing strategies and business cases that improve profitability while maintaining market competitiveness. •Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and technology trends. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field required. MBA preferred. •Demonstrated success managing product portfolios and driving revenue growth. •In-depth knowledge of product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, market segmentation, and commercialization processes. •Knowledge of industrial pumps, fluid handling systems, water treatment equipment, or related technologies strongly preferred. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. •Strong analytical capabilities with experience using forecasting, market analysis, and profitability models. •Demonstrated capacity to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. •Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. •Willingness to travel up to 25%. •Customer Focus: Understands customer and distributor needs and translates insights into actions that drive growth and customer value.
