Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field required. MBA preferred. •Demonstrated success managing product portfolios and driving revenue growth. •In-depth knowledge of product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, market segmentation, and commercialization processes. •Knowledge of industrial pumps, fluid handling systems, water treatment equipment, or related technologies strongly preferred. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. •Strong analytical capabilities with experience using forecasting, market analysis, and profitability models. •Demonstrated capacity to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. •Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. •Willingness to travel up to 25%. •Customer Focus: Understands customer and distributor needs and translates insights into actions that drive growth and customer value.
