Required Skills: •Lead the North America Application Equipment product strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, and portfolio performance. Define short-, medium-, and long-term product plans for RoGator®, TerraGator®, nutrient application, spraying, and precision application technologies. •Identify market opportunities, customer needs, competitive threats, and emerging technology trends to guide portfolio decisions. Develop business cases, product investment proposals, and platform priorities that support profitable growth. •Lead structured Voice of Customer activities with growers, retailers, commercial applicators, dealers, and internal stakeholders. Translate customer insights and market feedback into clear product requirements, user stories, and development priorities. •Partner with Engineering, Precision Ag, Agronomy, Commercial, Marketing, Manufacturing, Sales, Dealers, and Customers to deliver market-relevant solutions. Support product development, launch readiness, dealer enablement, product training, customer demonstrations, and go-to-market execution. •Monitor market share, profitability, product performance, customer satisfaction, and competitive activity to recommend improvements. Ensure products deliver measurable value in productivity, input efficiency, application quality, sustainability, and customer profitability.
