This role is a hands-on individual contributor position with high ownership and visibility, responsible for shaping product strategy and execution across key product areas. •This role sits at the intersection of product management, data science, engineering, and customer outcomes, and is responsible for turning AI capabilities—LLMs, ML models, knowledge systems, and agentic workflows—into scalable, reliable, and valuable products. •Own AI-driven features end-to-end: from problem discovery and model-informed product strategy to execution, iteration, and measurable business impact. You will work closely with Engineering, Delivery, Sales, and GTM teams to define, prioritize, and deliver AI-driven enterprise products that solve real customer problems. •Conduct market and customer analysis to identify pain points and unmet needs •Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned product areas •Identify high-value AI use cases and prioritize them based on ROI, feasibility, risk, and time-to-value •Work closely with customers, sales, and solutions teams to understand real-world workflows and pain points •Build clear, prioritized product requirements and translate them into an actionable engineering backlog Qualifications: •Strong background in ERP or enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow) •AI-first product mindset with experience building or launching AI-driven products •Comfortable build high-fidelity requirements with conceptual prototypes with tools like Cursor, Replit or Loveable •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Strong analytical skills with a bias toward measurable outcomes and experimentation •Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and exercise strong judgment •Comprehensive expertise in agile product development methodologies •Strong collaboration skills across engineering, GTM, and customer-facing teams •Engineering-aware (comfortable discussing platforms, architectures, and tradeoffs without being hands-on coding) •Data harmonization across multiple enterprise platforms Compensation: •$180,000 - $240,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
