Qualifications: •Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field •Experience thriving at an early-stage startup, operating with high autonomy under ambiguity, and driving projects across the finish line •Experience working in heavily regulated environments (e.g. healthcare, finance) with exposure to quality management systems or compliance frameworks •Solid understanding of modern software systems, including web/mobile applications, automated release pipelines, and AI/ML infrastructure •We know that not everyone will meet every requirement listed.
