Hiring: Product Manager Company: Tyler Technologies Location: Lakewood, CO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 15:06:53 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : AI, Agile, Microsoft Excel, Product Management, Product Strategy, SQL, Scrum About the job Experience: •6+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or product analysis Required Skills: •Responsible for driving both the long-term product direction and day-to-day execution of key solutions within the Enterprise Records Management (ERM) Suite, supporting Clerks and Recorder’s offices, Register of Deeds, and other local government agencies across the US. •This role operates as a hands-on product leader, ensuring that product strategy is translated into clear requirements, prioritized work, and high-quality releases that support land records management, document recording, indexing, archival, and public access workflows. •Working closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, the Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping solutions that meet statutory requirements, and operational efficiency needs, while delivering measurable value to government agencies and Tyler Technologies. •Frontline product leader with ownership of execution, and delivery outcomes •Driver of product strategy into actionable backlog and working software •Bridge between leadership vision, customer workflows, regulatory requirements, and engineering execution •Domain-focused problem solver focused on getting high-quality solutions shipped •Support and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise records management solutions Qualifications: •Hybrid role (preferred: Lakewood, CO or Plano, TX; 3 days/week in office) •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) •3–6+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or product analysis •Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and the Software Development Life Cycle •Proven ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into deliverable solutions •Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills •Operational familiarity with Clerk & Recorder or Register of Deeds operations (e.g., recording, indexing, public access) •Knowledge of eRecording, document management systems, or digital archiving solutions •Operational familiarity with applying artificial intelligence or automation in enterprise software (e.g., document classification, data extraction, search, or workflow automation) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
