Qualifications: •Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in medical device product management, product marketing, or product-focused commercial roles •Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex projects with moderate risk and ambiguity •Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize multiple data sources into clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership •Proven ability to communicate compelling product stories and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders •Track record of effective collaboration across engineering, operations, clinical, commercial, and regulatory partners •Self-starter with ability to take leadership in a fast-paced environment, agility to pivot focus to meet evolving customer needs and shifting market dynamics. •Strong relationship builder with proven ability to work across disparate parts of an organization to deliver results. •Comfortable working in hospital, procedural, and surgical lab environments •Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in science, engineering, or business. •Well-versed in MS Office Suite, Tableau, Salesforce.
