Required Skills: •The Product Manager partners closely with external vendors as well as cross-functional teams including Sales, Network Management, Clinical, Operations, Finance, Actuarial, Marketing, Digital, and Technology to support product strategy, design, implementation, operational readiness, and ongoing enhancement initiatives. •Actively facilitate and support development, enhancement, implementation, and management of CDH healthcare products and other funding solutions. •Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support product strategy and execution. •Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned products. •Support business case development, KPI tracking, and financial and operational analysis. •Gather and document business requirements and support solution development for product enhancements or development of new products and services. •Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements. •Serve as a product expert; support Sales, broker, and account management efforts through presentations, training, and RFP responses.
