Required Skills: •Partner with the Senior Product Manager to manage the product roadmap and prioritize features and process enhancements based on business needs, compliance requirements, and customer feedback. •Own specific product modules or features across the lending lifecycle, ensuring they are developed, tested, and delivered effectively. •Partner cross-functionally with engineering, QA, originations, portfolio fulfillment, legal, compliance, and risk teams to gather requirements, write user stories, and ensure feature alignment with business goals. •Manage sprint planning activities, update Jira boards, and track deliverables to maintain visibility and accountability. •Contribute to borrower-, applicant-, investor-,user- and partner-facing features that enhance transparency, usability, and compliance. •Support data-driven decision-making by partnering with the data and analytics team to track KPIs, monitor adoption, and recommend improvements. •Assist in vendor and partner integration projects, including testing and implementation support. •Support user acceptance, quality assurance testing of new product features and collaborate across risk, compliance and department teams to ensure compliance and security standards.
